He spends a few minutes just watching. It pings his sensibilities that a child is out at night, but it's not like she's acting threatening. Eventually, he decides to approach. He's armed, but he's unlikely to pull his gun on a kid, especially one so young. Unless they're being a clear and present danger, anyway. Kitty's not. She's just weird.
"Hey there. You having trouble with the swing? You've got to lean into it, and pump until it gets going. Where are your parents?" That seems like the obvious question, but then again some parents are just irresponsible. Could be that they let their kid wander so late, or that she's homeless. Either way is kind of awful. The breeze tugs at his long hair, even though it's pulled back, but it doesn't distract him from Kitty. He's... probably the kind of guy they warn kids about, isn't he? He's not the standard kind of predator, but... His smile turns a little wry at the thought.
